Aux Grès des Vents

In an outbuilding of an old monastery in the village of Tusson, south-west France is where you’ll find ceramicist Florie Conesa in her boutique workshop, Aux Grès des Vents.

Trained at the international centre for training in crafts and ceramics in Saint Amand-en-Puisaye, Burgundy - a town which has specialised in pottery since the 14th Century, Florie’s inspirations are borrowed from nature, dreams and emotions. She is drawn to the imperfect, the incomplete which infuses her creations with a beauty that is of-the-moment and creates a certain poetry.

Made in a traditional way, she mainly works with sandstone for its solidity and its raw appearance as a support for her inspirations.
